Ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium oxide, L-ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, iron fumarate, DL-alpha-tocopherol, glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; retinyl acetate, dexpanthenol, manganese sulphate, zinc oxide, L-selenomethionine, anti-caking agents: fatty acid magnesium salts, silicon dioxide; cholecalciferol, lutein, cyanocobalamin, copper sulphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, glazing agent: glycerol; phylloquinone, chromium picolinate, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, glazing agent: carnauba wax; folic acid, D-biotin.

Use: Adults and children from 15 years of age, 1 tablet per day or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
